SALES candidates will be reliable, have excellent customer service skills, good communication skills, be outgoing and professional, be able to handle cash register operations swiftly and accurately, and be able to carry out multiple mental tasks at once. A shift is roughly 8 hours a day, typically from 12 pm – 8 pm, but may go later on days when we hold events. New hires will start at 1 day each week, with more days possible for qualified candidates. Candidates must live in the Rochester area, have reliable transportation, and be available for training on weekdays. Preference will be given to candidates with retail, sales, customer service and/or non-profit experience and excellent people skills. Fluent ASL signer desirable. Pay dependent on candidate experience.
