During our hobby day, an instructor will be demonstrating a specific aspect of miniature crafting. This month, Kaitlin will be giving a primer on priming. Weather permitting, we will head outside to go over the do’s and don’ts of the first step in miniatures painting. Bring your own unprimed mini or the store will provide one. Then, Kaitlin will go over jeweling, a technique used to create great visual effects for cockpits and laser/plasma weapons. The store will provide a fun bonus mini from Battletech’s new Gothic line to promote our upcoming FFA Salvage event (insert link here? Blurb coming from me soon).
This is an informal class; we’ll provide some supplies! You can bring minis and hang out, paint, use our supplies and chit chat.
You can join in on the demo or bring in your crafts for a day of relaxing in store hobbying, and chat and craft along with other miniatures enthusiasts! Bring your Warhammer, D&D, Battletech or whatever game you’re into that needs to be painted!
