Taking place a couple months after a new set releases, Store Showdowns are casual tournaments that award prizes for both participation and placement. This is the most competitive that Casual Play gets, but the focus is still on having fun and learning the game, making this phase the perfect opportunity for someone to dip their toe into the tournament scene!
Expect a 5 round tournament running until approximately 6 pm. There will be no cut to top 8, but promos and packs will be awarded to the top 8 players.
Prizes
The Top 8 players after Swiss rounds will receive custom Mace Windu promos, and prizes as follows:
- 1st 6 packs + $50 store credit + 3 promo packs
- 2nd 4 packs + $40 store credit + 2 promo packs
- 3rd-8th 2 packs + $30 store credit + 1 promo pack
The first 32 players to sign up will receive a participation promo. Additional store credit prizes will be awarded if we have more than 32 participants.
