Over the last few years, we have worked to better and improve our store for our customers. Indeed, this commitment is included right in our Mission Statement, which has been there since the day we opened our doors. Recently, Wizards of the Coast instituted a new certification process for game stores – doing away with the “levels” system of days past. Premium is the highest-level of distinction that a store carrying Wizards’ products may achieve.
Yesterday we received word that Just Games is the first store to attain this rating in Rochester, New York. The process is extremely challenging, requiring a deep commitment to community and inclusive, as well as high qualify fixtures, clean facilities, excellent stock levels, and more.
Without your support for our mission, our ethos, and of course the amazing products we stock, we never could have attained this distinction. We owe each of our customers a deep debt of gratitude for consistently challenging us to be our best; not just the best in Rochester, but among the best stores in the world.
