Nox and Just Games are back for the Innistrad: Midnight Hunt prerelease on Sept 18 at 3 pm. Whoo! That feels good to say. Since this event is at a cocktail lounge, and COVID is still a thing, there are some extra steps taken to ensure the safety and fun of all participants.
Details and Event info
This event will be at Nox Cocktail Lounge. We have the entire bar privately reserved from 3 pm to 6 pm, so if you’re wanting to avoid crowds of strangers (and who isn’t these days!) there will only be our customers and the Nox staff there for 3 hours. Build starts at 3 pm, with a happy hour from 4-5, and dinner from 5-6pm. Outdoor seating is available for this event, if you would be more comfortable. It is covered on the patio. For COVID-specific policies and precautions, please read on.
Play for this event will be very casual – play within groups of your friends is not only permitted, but encouraged, as we know a lot of folks would rather do that then be randomly paired. So additionally, there will be no mingling with anyone you’re not comfortable with – our aim is to keep this exactly as friendly and cozy as any trip to a restaurant, but with the peace of mind of knowing it’s all your gaming pals.
After 6 pm, the lounge will open to the general public. You’re welcome to stay if you like (as many no doubt will) and keep eating, drinking and making merry with Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, Nox, and Just Games!

Please note – COVID-19 policies remain in effect
Currently, there is no legal mandate that requires proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter a restaurant in Monroe county (there is in NYC). However, Just Games requires all participants in our events be vaccinated against COVID-19, and anticipate that restaurants may be required to do so as well by the time this event rolls around. Indoor masks are likewise not a requirements, but are (as of this writing) recommended in our region.
If you’ve been regularly attending our events, rest assured our policies will remain the same at this event, as they are for in-store events.
