It’s been a wild few days as we all prepare for COVID-19 and it’s impact. Just Games is, and continues, to deploy best practices for cleaning and sanitizing per the CDC health recommendations. However, in the interest of customer comfort and safety, we want to describe specific changes that are made as we work with public health and customers to manage this evolving situation:
- UPDATE: Our game room is closed, and all events postponed until March 31.
- Customers who are showing symptoms of illness (cough, runny nose, fever, etc) are asked to stay home.
- What to do if your event was postponed?
- Postpone: move your ticket to the next event in the series
- Store credit: Turn your ticket price into store credit on your member account. Use it to buy a game later!
- Play at home: where appropriate, such as Magic prereleases, company’s like Wizards have already made “at home” exceptions for event participation.
- Refund: While we deal with this health crisis, we’ll be happy to refund anyone’s ticket who can’t make the event.
- If you are in need of a game, we will be happy to deliver it to your door using a “no contact” delivery method. A $10 fee applies, which will be added to your membership account as store credit for later use. See our form online here to order. We can also offer curbside pickup, if you can and want to get to the store, but don’t want to come inside.

All in store events postponed until further notice
- Take Home Board Game Rentals are suspended until further notice.
- Public bathrooms are closed until further notice.
- X-Wing Store Championship on March 21, postponed pending reschedule. Tournament season extended by FFG, with no events restarting until June 1st.
- Monday Pioneer Magic is moved to Friday Nights at 6 pm and folded into our other Pioneer event.
- Harley School Game Night. No rescheduled date yet.
- Northside Hero Game Night. Rescheduled to May 29
- Car Wars Tournament, Saturday April 14. No rescheduling date yet.
- Strong Museum of Play Magic Workshop, Saturday April 14. No rescheduling date yet.
